    CONFIRMATION
    Once you have completed the online booking process you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your online entry application will be updated accordingly

    TRANSPONDER COLLECTION
     You will collect your pre allocated Transponder at Rider Signing on.
     There will be no additional queue for Transponder collections.
     The Rider Signing on team will already have your hire information, there will be no requirement to bring proof of hire.

    TRANSPONDER RETURN
     Your Hired Transponder must be handed into the Transponder Collection team, who will be situated at the finish line in the Transponder Return area.
     Members of the team will be waiting to cut your Transponder off at the end of your last race.
     Any rider who does not contest the whole of the weekend, must ensure their Transponder is returned to the Transponder Collection Area.
     Transponders MUST BE returned no later than 30mins after the end of the last race of the weekend, without fail.


    FAILURE TO RETURN TRANSPONDERS
     Riders who do not return their transponder on the weekend, will incur a charge of £250.00 plus VAT which will automatically be invoiced to them on the Monday after the event.
